The company was established over thirteen years ago to offer a professional approach to metal fascia, gutter and roofing installation. Over the years the company name has become synonymous with quality workmanship and attention to detail. Only licensed plumbers and scaffolders, plumbing apprentices and qualified contractors are employed. We communicate with our customers on a regular basis regarding design and layout and are proud of our ability to complete jobs on time.
We have an established core of builders and contractors specialising in unit and townhouse development. We maintain a register of body corporate owners for whom we do regular roofing and gutter maintenance. Extensions, renovations and heritage listed renewals for individual owners and subcontractors are also a major part of our market. Most of our work comes from repeat business and referrals and we are often asked to complete the more complex situations modern architecture demands. Plumbing industry certificates of compliance are issued which guarantee workmanship for a period of six years and materials are covered by manufacturers and suppliers product warranties.
To comply with worksafe requirements extensive purchases were made in approved scaffolding equipment to facilitate the need for multi level access in new building and renewal situations. This has the added benefit of not relying on third party contractors before we commence a job. The company is proud of its compliance with worksafe requirements and is committed to OH&S on the work site. Safety assesements are done on all major projects and a copy of the Companies Safety Plan is available to major clients on request.
The company utilises MYOB direct pay services which allows us to offer B Pay, Credit Cards and Post Bill Pay in addition to the direct remittance of cheques or cash to the company. |
